The Sony Boutique has been divided into five product zones which include gaming, mobility, digital imaging, home entertainment and high resolution audio. The boutique covers a total area of 550 square meter and features a unique world-class retail design theme that is in line with ‘inspiring and fulfilling the curiosity of people around the world and moving them emotionally’, which is Sony’s global philosophy.
Satoru Arai, Head, Sony Middle East Marketing Company said that customers want to experience the products and services before they make a purchase decision which is why setting up of a modern retail store is important for the company to deliver an excellent customer service experience. He further added that the store environment allows customers to connect with the brand and the products, in addition to offering a retail point for various products and services. He explained how Sony Boutique allows customers to experience and feel the latest products and technologies.
The store has an inviting ambiance with Sony music artists playing in the background with high resolution audio devices. The store exhibits Full HD 4K TVs, in addition to complete range of the company’s products. Sony’s specialists are available who are able to provide technical details of various products and technologies.
Sony has ventured into High Resolution Audio which is a revolutionary technology. Sony Boutique is the only store in the region to put High Resolution Audio on display. Some of these products include premium headphones, portable music players to voice recorders and wireless speakers.
One of the unique features of the store includes The Digital Imaging zone which has been specifically designed for photography enthusiasts with a plethora of Sony’s imaging products like the Alpha (?) interchangeable lens and mirror-less cameras. Sony’s advanced 4D Focus technology has also been displayed in this section which captures sharpest focus across four dimensions.
