The new time schedule will be followed across all centres.
The Emirates Identity Authority announced the new timings for Ramadan for its headquarters and customer service centres across the region. Work timings will start between 9 am to 10 am and will end between 2 pm and 3 pm for the Head office in Abu Dhabi. The offices will be open for at least five hours a day.
For the customer service centres of Emirates ID which are working in two shifts, the morning shift will commence from 8 am and be functional till 1 pm and the evening shift will begin at 12:30 pm and end at 5 pm. The centres that will be functioning in two shifts are as follow: AL Wahda, Al Ain, Al Karama, Al Rashidiya, Al Barsha, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
On the other hand, branches that will stay operational from 9 am until 2 pm only include Madinat Zayed, Umm Al Quwain and Dhaid.
Jabal Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) Centre will entertain customers from 9 am until 3 pm. While, the centre in Knowledge City will function from 8 am till 1 pm. The Al Ghubaiba Centre will receive customers in two shifts, with the morning shift being from 9 am till 2 pm and the evening shift will facilitate customers from 8.30 pm until 11.30 pm.
For the Customer Service Centre which is attached to the Medical Fitness Centre in Muhaisina in Dubai, two shifts will be operational for the convenience of customers. The first shift will begin at 7 am and it will end at 5 pm while the second shift will start at 10 pm and go on till 3 in the morning.
