75% of customers managed to complete transactions in 6 minutes in the first eight months of 2015.
Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has succeeded in reducing the waiting time and transaction time for customers which is a factor leading towards enhanced customer satisfaction. According to the Dubai Chamber, the number of customers who completed transaction in 6 minutes or less rose to 75% this year as compared to 64.4 % in 2008.
H.E. Majid Saif Al Ghurair, Chairman, Dubai Chamber said that the Chamber’s accomplishment in providing better, time efficient customer service reveals its focus towards achieving higher customer satisfaction. He further added that customer satisfaction rose to 95% in 2014. H.E. Majid Saif Al Ghurair also said that the Chamber has adopted a series of measures to enhance customer experience including the use of smart apps and innovative e-services. These have played a major role in speeding up the process for customers to complete transactions.
