In a bid to provide seamless, comprehensive services such as issuing and renewing vehicle licenses, ADNOC Distribution has opened the Al Qalaa Vehicle Inspection Center in Abu Dhabi. The new Vehicle Inspection Center has been strategically located to serve the motorists on the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain Road and other densely populated areas of Baniyas, Mafraq, and Mussafah. According to an estimate, the Al Qalaa vehicle inspection center can serve up to 900 cars daily.
Colonel Mohamed Mayouf Al Ketbi, Head of Vehicles and Driver’s Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Police inaugurated the vehicle inspection center along with Mohamed Obaid Al Dhaheri, Senior Vice President – Retail Sales representing ADNOC Distribution. Senior officers of Abu Dhabi Police and ADNOC Group were present on the occasion.
Abdulla Salem Al Dhaheri, CEO of ADNOC Distribution said the organization has always thrived to improve customer experience by providing premium services to all customers. He further added that the new vehicle inspection center will live up to ADNOC’s reputation of providing excellent customer service. He talked about the further course the organization will be taking with geographical expansion in Abu Dhabi, hence adding more convenience for the customers. The company is planning to increase the number of vehicle inspection centers in the New Year and further improve the quality of services delivered to customers.
A total number of 18 vehicle inspection centers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi are currently in operation, six of which are in Abu Dhabi area while Western Region and Al Ain, each have six centers.
A few months ago ADNOC opened a vehicle inspection center in Al Ain to facilitate customers with license renewal and vehicle inspection services.
