One of UAE’s leading bank, Mashreq is set to provide innovative products and services to their customers in Karama.
Mashreq bank has launched a new branch for expanding the bank’s network reach and enhancing service delivery. The recent branch is situated in Karama, on an area of 2,695sqft and will be delivering customers with a variety of financial solutions and products. The branch will be open from 8am to 4pm Saturday to Thursday and will provide customers with a full range of services and products. The Mashreq Gold, which is the priority banking department of the bank will also be accessible to customers in this branch, providing them with wealth management and priority support.
This latest branch will be providing Mashreq’s E Cube Retail concept which will gives customers efficient and smart banking, along with connectivity through technology devices. The launch of the bank’s branch was in the presence of senior management, staff and customers of Mashreq headed by Farhad Irani, Head of Retail Banking and Shaker Zainal, Regional Head of Distribution.
Shaker Zainal, Regional Head of Distribution commented, that they were proud of opening a new branch and setting themselves up in the heart of the Karama market, which he saw as a very strategic location for the bank. He spoke about the new branch being in line with the bank’s expansion strategy, and their goal to improve customer experience in the area, by offering their technology and innovations to the customers.
