COO Global Operations UAE Exchange Mr. Y Sudhir Kumar Shetty talked about the partnership and highlighted it’s importance saying it is a big step towards diversification of services offered to customers.
Under this new business arrangement, Etisalat customers will be able to utilize services of 132 UAE Exchange centers for cash collection. Similarly, Etisalat would be able to further increase number of payment options provided to its customers to 11 including Mobile Pay, IVR 101 & 142, Auto Pay, Public Cash Payment Machines, Etisalat Online Services, and Etisalat Business Cards.
