Emirates Post Group Transforms All Services to Online Platforms for Customer Convenience

Emirates Post Group has successfully completed its project to transform all its services to online platforms. According to EPG, this initiative has received positive response from customers in the form of exceptional satisfaction levels of around 94%. It has also been revealed that online services recorded traffic of more than 1.2 million users per month. Emirates Post Group has thrived to make all e-services compatible with all mobile platforms. These endeavors will add to the customer convenience and enhance service experience.

The project is in line with the vision of the smart government initiative which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai to ensure higher customer satisfaction levels, which in turn would boost the happiness index of the residents.

Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group expressed pleasure at the launch of the new e-services. He said that customers will benefit from all the services being offered on the website and mobile apps. He said that technology is being effectively used to increase customer satisfaction levels to streamline transactions and exchange.

One of the most popular e-Services on the EPG website, e-P.O. Box, is now also available on mobile devices. More than 74,000 users have subscribed to the service in the first quarter. Other popular services include Track and Trace, location maps for post offices, customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions, complaint tracking and Rate Calculator.

Emirates Post Group will also be offering ‘E-Greeting’ service which allows customers to select greeting cards from the website and customize them according to their likes. This enables customers to convert their virtual card and have it delivered by post anywhere in the world. Additionally, ‘e-Stamps’ service allows customers to order stamps from any part of the world.

Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam, Chief Commercial Officer at EPG said that the e-commerce website will enable customers to buy electronic products and other items on the website, and will be delivered through post.
