The Al Quaa Customer Service Centre at the Al Ain Municipality building has been shifted to the Emirates Post central building in the same region.

Emirates ID instructed all its customers to visit the new customer center for future requests and services. The center offers various services like enrollment of newborns in the population register system, new ID issuance, up gradation of personal data and other services from 7am to 2pm on weekdays.

In a statement issued by Emirates ID it was revealed that the total capacity of the Al Quaa Centre has now reached 200 customers a day. The center increased the registration lines to five, with three dedicated for men and two for women.

The authority advised the customers to contact the call center, where agents are available round the clock for assistance. Alternatively, customers can also reach for assistance via Facebook or Twitter, or via direct communication option on the website.
