Abu Dhabi Ports has opened a brand new Customer Service Centre at the famous commercial deep-water harbour, Zayed Port. The new service centre will enable Abu Dhabi Ports to further enhance its wide-ranging services by catering to different needs of the ever increasing customer base.

A highly trained team of service professionals is delegated at the new service centre that combines all the previous small service sites of Abu Dhabi Ports. This makes it the first ever centralized service point of contact for all kinds of customers as well as visitors and business partners of the organization.

The centre will provide numerous services ranging from general inquiries to information, complaints to assistance with payments and documents. In order to meet the highest professional standards, the new service centre is equipped with intelligent queuing and processing system.

On this occasion, the CEO of Abu Dhabi Ports, Capt.
