ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Stressed out, unhappy workers are ten percent less productive in the workplace. After personal finances, most people cite work as a key source of stress in their daily lives. In addition to routine challenges of the workplace, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are more likely to face high-pressure situations during office hours than other professionals and need to have the right tools to deal with them. This workshop will focus on the importance of performing well under pressure and being unaffected by it in a professional capacity. Participants will learn how to deliver their 100% instead of feeling demotivated or losing control of the situation.

This Stress Management Workshop is designed to help participants give quick solutions to problems and deal with queries effectively, all the while maintaining a positive attitude with customers. It will help them handle even the toughest of situations under pressure, and go the extra mile.
