Abu Dhabi International Airport Introduces New Services to Enhance Customer Experience

Abu Dhabi Airports has announced the launch of its new car park service. The new project aims to enhance customer convenience through provision of a range of new services. Passengers can now benefit from a premium car cleaning service and better customer service, which comes from newly trained staff and other miscellaneous services.

Al Musbah Group will be undertaking the role of new parking concessionaire and offer a range of services including baggage wrapping, the Airport Service Centre and Airport Parking.

Automated payment machines will also be introduced at the terminals, which will enable passengers to pay through credit cards. The management is also in the process of revamping the tariffs schedule. In order to improve the overall airport experience for passengers, upgrades throughout the facility are being implemented. Al Musbah will also be introducing the Car Spa, an initiative specializing in offering detailing and polishing service in addition to enhanced valet parking service.

Passengers will now be able to ensure the safety of their luggage with the new “Quickwrap” baggage wrapping service at the terminal 2.

Daniel Cappell, Acting Chief Commercial Officer at Abu Dhabi Airports said that they are delighted about the new facilities and it shows the commitment of the airport towards offering unmatched customer experience for passengers.
