Shopper Charades invites players to handle critical, high-pressure customer support situations with patience and professionalism. Like a regular game of charades but with a twist, players are given situations to act out and guess the appropriate responses. In another variation of the game, participants are provided with a limited set of questions to determine the customer’s problem. Customer service professionals will learn how to deal with challenging customers and establish customers’ needs through questioning and active listening skills – all while trying to win the game.
The objective of Shopper Charades is to prepare customer service representatives with the right communications skills to expertly handle different kinds of customers and deliver flawless customer support.
