ABOUT THE GAME

As part of their job, CSRs have to gather, record and share information while interacting with customers. Remembering information is vital for professionals whose job is to serve customers in one capacity or another. Off the Menu is specially designed to test a team’s ability to collect, memorize and deliver information with accuracy. This is a role-playing activity where participants will play the part of both customers and waiters in a restaurant. It helps participants learn process efficiency and memory retention techniques as well as timely task completion.

OBJECTIVE

The main objective of this game is to enhance the players’ ability to manage a complex situation while also delivering measurable results.
