Government Contact Centre Summit Middle East

Middle East’s only government-focused contact centre event is taking place in Dubai, UAE from 17th-20th May 2015.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) UAE, Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA), Dubai Trade, Dubai Police, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai and many more will be at this event. Participants can learn about the current contact centre strategies and requirements of these organizations.
