7th Edition of CX Transformation Summit concluded its in person event in Egypt

The 7th edition of CX Transformation Summit brought together the top CX professionals, decision makers, digital transformation experts, delegates and media from all over Cairo.
Monday, October 25, 2021: The 7th Global edition of one of the most successful CX events – CX Transformation Summit returned to Cairo and took place in The Nile Ritz Carlton Egypt on 13th Oct 2021.
The summit featured presentations, use-case studies and educational sessions by global technology providers who are showcasing their latest solutions designed with the primary focus on enabling businesses and organizations to take their customer experience to the next level.
The summit themed Now and Next was focussed on discussing post pandemic CX challenges, change in customer behaviour, latest technology solutions and roadmap for organizations to improve overall customer experience at every layer of the organization including re-imagining customer experience and ways of effective organization structure to become a customer centric organization in the future.
Some of the speakers who took the center stage were : Faran Niaz, Co-founder of CX Future ; Khaled Nabhan, Head of Customer Experience, Bank Audi, Egypt; Yasmina Fahmy, Group General Manager for Marketing and Digital Transformation, Contact Financial Holding; Naglaa Abdeen, Senior Director Telecom Egypt; Aleena Arotin, Head Of CX, AXA OneHealth; Noha Mokhtar, Regional Head of Customer Service, Middle East and North Africa, DHL Express and so on.
The keynotes were thought provoking and insightful while the panel discussion and fireside chats were power packed with genuine challenges faced and solutions implemented by the organizations. The round table discussions were spot on in giving delegates the opportunity to express their challenges and have an effective discussion about Customer Experience, changing scenarios and the future of CX.
