Winners announced at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards

The Gulf Customer Experience Awards, partnered with CustomerService.ae, has taken place in Dubai where the most innovative CX strategies in the MENA region were celebrated in style.

Event hosts Awards International partnered with CustomerService.ae on the two-day event that saw finalists present their entries to judges on February 15th, with winners of the 14 categories revealed the following day at the live awards ceremony held at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel.

2021’s Overall Winner title went to Abu Dhabi’s Farah Experiences theme park hub, which achieved the highest judges’ score for their entry in the Contact Centre category.

Other significant winners include HSBC Bank, whose representatives walked away with Gold category titles for CX in Times of Crisis – Customers at the Heart, Employees at the Heart of Everything, and CX Strategy.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank secured Gold category titles for Customer Happiness, Customers at the Heart of Everything, and the highly coveted CX Team of the Year.

Meanwhile, the highly -coveted CX Professional of the year title was awarded to Gulf CX CEO and founder Rami Sweis.
