Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, an exclusive government organization established to promote cultural heritage and arts in United Arab Emirates, has unveiled a smart mobile application to streamline the services offered by DPL (Dubai Public Library) at GITEX Technology Week 2014. The latest app is part of government’s plan to turn Dubai into a Smart city. The announcement was made by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. ‘Dubai Culture’ app and ‘Dubai Culture’ Website was also launched GITEX.
