The inaugural Gulf Customer Experience Awards celebrate and recognise the very best in Customer Experience across a broad spectrum of industry sectors and multiple categories. The Awards are based on a very successful model exported from the UK, the UK Customer Experience Awards, which is now in its sixth year.

This year, the awards are featuring the Gulf Digital Experience Awards that recognise the delivery of an exceptional customer experience through digital channels and media.
