Here are some guidelines to keep in mind while you write for us:

Be Authentic:Be original. We will not accept plagiarized content.

Be Relevant:The topics must be related to the customer service industry.

Word Limit: Between 500-3000 words.

Format: Remember to include a title, introduction, suitable headings, and a conclusion.

Because of the very large volume of submissions we receive, we will contact you only if we are able to accept your piece. If you do not hear from us within five business days, please feel free to submit your article to other publications.
