Taajeel has launched its first happiness centre, located opposite Deira City Centre Metro Station on Monday, 15th August with the core aim of becoming the first platform for making customers happy and ensuring a good customer service experience, that reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The centre provides documentation services required for transactions with the Department of Economic Development, Dubai, (DED), Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA), General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), along with many others and is preparing to include more departments.
Najla Ibrahim Al Shamsi, General Manager Taajel stated that “No efforts will be spared to provide exceptional services to make customers happy and increase customer satisfaction.”
She said, “The centre was established to provide the best services to customers by simplifying transaction-completion procedures and keeping pace with the latest technological developments with the aim of increasing uptake due to the country’s economic growth.”
She also mentioned that the aim behind happiness centre is to empower citizens to enter the labour market and invest in projects that serve the nation, nationals, citizens and tourists as per a strategy based on the goal of making customers happy and contented.
Bent on making this a success, Taajeel now plans to launch seven centres all over Dubai. Two centres, one each in Bur Dubai and the International City Dubai, will be opened by end of this year.
