Zain KSA, a leading Telecom company, has introduced a streamlined billing scheme for all its customers. Zain KSA customers will be charged a unified flat rate of 19 halalas per minute to all on-net and off-net destinations.
This step comes as a result of a decision announced by the Communication and Information Technology Commission to reduce mobile termination rates between telecom companies by 40%.
The new prices will allow mobile customers to choose their preferred operator considering the network quality and customer service standards.
The latest move by Zain KSA will benefit consumers by offering lower calling rates. Zain KSA has rapidly expanded its 4G/LTE network in order to offer an improved customer service experience.
