Ooredoo unveils ‘Shahry’ and ‘More’ offers
After the launch of its recent brand, Ooredoo is focusing on delivering quality customer service by offering innovative offers for both its valuable customers of prepaid and postpaid packages. The Shahry keys promotion has been turned into a permanent offer, which allows subscribers to call over 100 international destinations or receive calls, using the local bundled minutes. Ooredoo has also added “More” suite, which offers users more minutes on international calls.
Feras Al Shaikh, Director of Consumer Sales at Ooredoo said that internet and apps have changed the way users communicate, and in order to meet consumers’ changing demands new packages have been introduced, which aim to meet customers’ habits and behaviors. He further added that many people now have smartphones, through which they are able to use various apps and functionality. He said that, in order to cater for the changing lifestyles and needs, new offers have been introduced, which will provide greater value for money.
Postpaid customers will be able to use more international minutes using the Shahry ‘Roaming’ or ‘International’ keys. On the other hand, prepaid customers will be able to enjoy three recharge bonuses with three possible choices: ‘More Credit’, ‘More Internet’ or ‘More International’.
Shahry customers can activate International and Roaming using USSD codes. To sign up for the Shahry Sahra or Shahry Mazeed package, customers can dial *141*212#. These packages offer voice, SMS, and data in form a various monthly bundles to suit users’ budget requirements. To sign up to the new Shahry ‘International Key’, customers are required to dial *141*213#, or for the ‘Roaming Key’, *141*214#.
Ooredoo is also offering receive 10%, 20% or 25% more value to its prepaid customers, which can be availed at recharges by dialing *115*2*recharge code#. Subscribers can *115*3* for ‘More Internet’ allowance ranging from 150 MB to 5 GB.
