The session titled “Quality Through Innovation and Leadership” saw some of the high profile dignitaries in UAE’s corporate arena. Speaking on the occasion, CEO of Kizad, Khaled Salmeen exhibited his satisfaction over the award by saying:
“The EFQM’s recent award of the 4-star excellence rating to Kizad confirms our continuous quest to further improve our business in line with international best practices.”
EFQM has been very careful in giving a 4 star rating, awarding it to only 4 organizations in the UAE and 84 companies globally. EFQM conducted a detailed assessment involving experienced professionals from countries like the UK, UAE and Belgium. Two of the main features that truly impressed EFQM were an open business environment which encouraged employees to innovate and a complete one-stop-shop customer service, fulfilling all their needs at one place.
“We believe that continuous monitoring, assessing and evaluating, is a must for any organization seeking sustainable growth and phenomenal customer and investor service levels” added Salmeen.
