Qatar’s new Hamad International Airport (HIA) has opened its doors for air travel and is looking to provide quality customer service to passengers. Built around contemporary architecture, the airport is a mega structure which covers an approximate area of 22 square kilometer.

Initially the airport will be able to accommodate 30 million passengers a year and the annual capacity is expected to eventually rise up to 50 million. The airport has 138 check-in counters to facilitate passengers. Multiple shopping and dining options are also available to the customers.

Initially ten airlines will operate from the airport, while all others are expected to commence flights from May 27th this year.

Hamad International is designed with the aim to provide a luxury travel experience to customers.
