The Dubai police mobile application is being used by customers all over UAE, making it the highest rated government app in the area according to a senior police official in Dubai. Currently it is the number one government app in UAE and is attracting a large base of customers since its launch. The app is available both on Apple and Android systems.
Stats reveal that the app has the highest number of downloads for a government app in UAE and became the number one trending app in the UAE in Google play, right after it was introduced.
The main purpose of the app is to provide customer service to the users regarding any problem they have or seeking information, from looking up fines and paying them or even reporting pictures of vehicles that break traffic rules etc. and share them with the Dubai police.
“We aim to increase public satisfaction and provide mobile services that will make people’s lives easier and save their time,” Colonel Khalid Nasser Al Razouqi, General Director of Smart Services at Dubai Police told Gulf News.
