An agreement has been signed between Dubai Smart Government (DSG) and Dubai Media Inc. (DMI). Under this arrangement DMI will be provided electronic and smart shared services by DSG.

Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of DMI, H.E. Sami Dhaen Al Qamzi and Director General of DSG H.E. Ahmad bin Humaidan signed the agreement in presence of senior officials and directors from both sides. The agreement will bolster the image of Dubai Government for providing exceptional quality services by optimally utilizing available resources. There is an array of services which will be offered including eComplain, eSuggest, SMS Dubai, eSurvey, and Government Information Network (GIN). This agreement will help raise the quality of government services offered to customers.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Ahmad bin Humaidan said, “This agreement is in line with our strategy and as per the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, which calls for the electronic and smart services of Dubai government entities to be available round the clock.”

Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of DMI, H.E Al Qamzi talked about DMI’s commitment to effectively contribute towards Dubai Smart Government initiative.

DMI’s signing of this memorandum with DSG will help Dubai Government accomplish its strategic objectives in alignment with vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. This MoU will foster cooperation and encourage better communication among various government departments working in Dubai.

DMI aims to guarantee high customer satisfaction by deploying latest technologies. It will also fuel growth for new hi-tech projects improving the quality of services delivered.
