Customers will now be able talk to experts and seniors about customer service in various departments.

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has introduced the ‘Leaders at Your Service’ program to deliver customers a platform to talk about their complaints, experiences and even provide feedback to various leaders at DHA.

Sheikha Al Rahoomi, Director of Customer Relations Department at the DHA highlighted the importance of this initiative and said: “The DHA provides several platforms for customers to express their feedback, suggestions and complaints and the customer service department ensures through follow-up in all cases. The idea of introducing this initiative was to provide customers with a direct platform to communicate with the leaders of the DHA.”

The program will be organized every month and customers will be able to connect to leaders chosen for that month. Customers can call the number 800 342 and get through to seniors they want to talk to. DHA will publicize and inform people before every session regarding the topic so they can actively participate.
