CustomerService.ae will be participating in GITEX Technology week being held from 12-16 October this year at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is expected to attract more than 142,000 ICT professionals from over 150 countries.

GITEX (Gulf Information Technology Exhibition) is an event held annually, where companies showcase new computing and electronic technologies. A wide array of business sectors become part of this event including companies offering Business Solutions, Card Technology, Consumer Technology, Mobiles Apps, Hardware, Software and Digital Marketing. GITEX has become an annual appeal for companies looking to maximize their reach by offering a platform with global audience.

This year at GITEX, UAE based digital magazine, CustomerService.ae which talks about customer service issues across different industries in the Middle East will be taking part as well. The online magazine which was launched in 2012 with the resolve to help businesses in the Middle East market better understand changing customer dynamics has gained a vast readership within a short span of time.
