Oman Air Unveils New App for Enhancing Experience of Frequent Flyers

In order to further enhance the travelling experience of frequent flyers, Oman Air has launched the all new Sindbad mobile app. The latest mobile app will be available on both Android and IOS platforms. According to Oman Air, the new Sindbad app comes packed with numerous useful features that will enable Oman Air’s customers to enjoy an unmatched travel experience.

Features like checking miles balance and claiming the missing ones are one of the highlights of the Sindbad app. Apart from this, travelers can also use the app to request any redemptions, track their Tier progress, view their family accounts and check future booking details on Oman Air from anyplace, at time via their smartphones.

Talking about the new app, the GM Marketing for Oman Air, Mohammed Al-Shikely said that the new app is the latest addition to the digital developments of the airline, which will offer more convenience to their customers. He said the services are available in both English and Arabic in addition to a Manage Booking feature.

The app also enables members to display and store their Sindbad membership cards, so they can avail several benefits and privileges at the airport. Non-members can use the Sindbad app to become a registered member and earn their miles straight away.

Travelers are expected to receive an improved customer experience with the launch of the new Sindbad app.
