Noor Banks Collaborates With SriLankan Airline to Provide New Customer Benefits

Premier customers of Noor bank will be receiving a quality customer experience through the exclusive credit card.

Noor Bank has connected with SriLankan Airlines to introduce a special MasterCard credit card which will provide more benefits to the Silver tier members of the Airline’s FlySmiLes frequent traveller programme. The silver Tier is given to the Noor Bank premier card customers who will be getting special benefits. Silver card members of FlySmilEs will be able to use the exclusive lounge at the BIA Katunayake Airport, Colombo, priority check-in and baggage handling on all Srilankan Airlines flights on all of its airports.

Customers with the premier cards will also be able to carry extra 12 kilograms on all their flights, and also use exclusive internet booking and promotional offer for bookings made via the Noor Bank’s travel desk. Not only can this customers also access the SriLankan or its affiliated lounges when travelling on the SriLankan business class.

Waleed Barhaji, Business Head of Consumer Finance, Noor Bank, said: “Noor continues to explore partnerships that will ultimately benefit our loyal customers. Our alliance with SriLankan Airlines articulates this priority. We are confident that this new card will open up a world of convenience to our corporate and retail customers who travel frequently.”

Customers of Noor bank who have availed the new card will also be permitted to benefit from the oneworld airline alliance’s frequent flyer programme for over 15 airlines, including British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Etihad, Qatar Airways and Qantas.

SriLankan Airlines, Head of Commercial Operations, Mr. Fazeel Mohamed says that they are happy to be partnering with Noor Bank, and offering the silver tier customers with special benefits with their FlySmiLes frequent flyer programme. He also mentioned that SriLankan offers it a great array of benefits to their frequent flyers, like access to about 1,000 destinations in more than 150 countries, including Sri Lanka, India and the Far East.
