Speaking to the media, Mr. Bin Karam, Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Post Group reiterated his company’s commitment to increase global business volumes while realigning their strategy with the need to have an e-commerce enabled business presence.
The company’s goal is to ensure availability of all its online services via mobile devices and smartphones in the future in order to enhance customer experience.
Some of the important features used by customers on the website which are now available on mobile devices are: E-P.O Box, Track and Trace, Post office location maps, customer inquiry submission mechanism, tracking of complaints and Rate calculator.
