Marks & Spencer to provide luxurious experience to customers with launch of new store which also has a cafe.

Marks & Spencer has announced the launch of its 72,000 square foot store in Kuwait, which will be its largest international store. The store will be operated by the Al-Futtaim group, which has been Marks & Spencer’s franchise partner for a long time and runs 26 M&S stores in eight different places in the region.

“We’re delighted to officially open our largest international store in Kuwait… The Middle East is a priority market for Marks & Spencer and through our successful partnership with Al-Futtaim we are continuing to build our presence here.” Marc Bolland, Marks & Spencer chief executive.

The retail store will be providing a luxurious experience for the customers of Kuwait and nearby areas who wish to come and shop here. The store will provide customers with an M&S café with a seating of 60 people. People coming to the store will enjoy customer service of international standard and will get a wide range of choices to shop from.

John Cooper, Managing Director of Marks & Spencer Al-Futtaim group MENA, added: “Through the introduction of Marks & Spencer’s largest store outside of the UK and Ireland, customers in Kuwait can now shop our most extensive fashion collections whilst also sampling the best of authentic English cuisine our M&S Café has to offer.”
