Leading group of retailers, Majid Al Futtaim, introduces its new city center, Me’aisem, which will be built over one million square feet of land.

Majid Al Futtaim, which has major retail malls, has publicized its plans for its most recent City Center shopping mall, Me’aisem. The shopping center will be located in Dubai, in the Me’aisem area of International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).

Plans of the project were first introduced in March 2014, with goals of opening the phase 1 of the center by Q3 2015. The project aims to cater to a diverse range of customers and offer them state of the art service and quality customer experience. The first phase is valued at AED 275 million, will consist of 60 international outlets, and spread out over one million square feet of land.

The Me’aisem city center will be offering customers with famous fashion and retail brands, multiple dining choices, from café’s, restaurants and other major fast food chains as well. Not only will the mall have entertainment and leisure choices for its customers, but other services as well, including outlets for banking and mobile services. Along with this, they will also be able to use a 91,903 square feet Carrefour Hypermarket, a 6,243 square feet Magic Planet family entertainment center and other services, such as play grounds and rides for children, walk in medical clinics etc. “City Centre Me’aisem is another milestone in Majid Al Futtaim’s AE

City Centre Me’aisem will be attracting a diverse combination of visitors, such as the residents of the nearby communities, for example, Victory Heights, Jumeirah Golf Estate etc. A large common area for visitors to meet will also be made. Customers will enjoy well-made and green landscaping for sitting outside. Convenience of car parking will be met, with building a 750 car park space.
