International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) has been awarded Best Customer Service Award for the fifth year at the annual Banker Middle East Industry Awards 2014 event organized in Dubai Emirates Towers.
The award recognizes IBQ’s efforts to introduce new technologies, offer value added products, human capital and raising customer service standards to a higher level by bringing remarkable improvements in banking operations.
Talking to the participants of the event, MD of IBQ Mr. Jabra Ghandour said, “This award is a testament to our commitment to continue delivering on our objective of providing unparalleled services dedicated to customer satisfaction. This is truly an important accomplishment, one which will further encourage us to develop new innovative services and solutions to enhance our customers’ experience”. He praised the efforts of the team in helping improve customer service standards and reiterated the bank’s commitment to keep on introducing smart solutions for customers.
The 2014 Best Customer Service Award focuses on awarding banking institutions using technology to provide outstanding banking facilities.
