Customer Service Best Practices Shared by Emirates Airline

A workshop was recently held by Ministry of Labor where Emirates Airlines representatives shared customer service best practices.

The airline representatives demonstrated practical skills useful in managing employees and marketing services offered. Tactics for handling different types of customers as well as skills to master the art of time management were also demonstrated.

Speaking on the occasion, Vice President National Recruitment and Development for Emirates Airline, Amira Al Awadhi talked about importance of employees in providing exceptional quality customer service. Al Awadhi restated the group’s commitment in improving their employees’ capabilities through dedicated staff service centers.

The workshop which was organized by Tasheel service centers was attended by several senior officials of the Emirates Airline.
