The branch is completely operational and has been created for training purpose offering a semi realistic learning environment. The staff representatives undergoing training are presented with real life situations that they have to face while dealing with customers.

The training program has been designed in a way that it imparts theoretical and practical knowledge to the trainees. The bank staff is taught various skills and banking techniques to deliver an exceptional service experience to customers. The first batch of trainees has successfully completed their training.
